THE MERIDIANS AND THE EMOTIONS: AN INTRODUCTION

Sunday October 20 and November 17, 4:00-5:15pm; $25

What if you had the ability to alleviate emotional stress at your fingertips? You actually do – with the Acupuncture Emotional System (AES). Developed by John Diamond, M.D., this unique system uses the acupuncture points to target highly specific areas of emotional stress and to raise your overall Life Energy.

The AES defines each emotional state, links it to a meridian, and then narrows it down to a specific acupuncture points on the meridian which we can energize to regain equilibrium. For example, the stomach meridian corresponds to the feeling of contentment. When stressed, it can manifest as disappointment.  Dr. Diamond has refined this system over more than fifty years, developing various physical procedures, affirmations, and other activities in addition to the acupoint stimulation to help reinforce a positive outcome.

In this introductory workshop, we will go over some of the fundamental emotional states that cause stress, and show their relationship to the acupuncture meridians.  You will learn ways of overcoming them, along with general ways to encourage a sense of balance, ease and enhance your creativity.

Seating is limited.  Make a reservation today at (914) 533 7500 or email Karla@LifeEnergyArts.com
