This presentation deals with one of the core concepts in holistic health: the fundamental importance of breathing as the basis of all physical activity. If the breath-flow is maintained through the activity, the activity will raise the the Life Energy of the individual; if, however, the breathing is unconsciously jammed during the activity – which is far more common – the Life Energy will be depleted. Dr. Diamond demonstrates this with walking, chewing, making music and other activities, and shows us how to overcome the problem. This seminar, which was given in the early 1980s, retains a universal importance and helps us understand at a deep level the relationship between physical movement and Life Energy – and how to best enhance it.
